Smoothie BLUEBERRY
1 cup frozen blueberries
8 oz fat free yogurt
1 cup low-fat or skim milk
1 handful of baby spinach with stems removed
¼ tsp. of Stevia
Process in blender Until Desired consistency is reached.
Makes 2 servings.

Spiced Banana Smoothie
1 ripe banana, chopped
2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt 1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
2 cups cold milk (low fat or soy May Be used)
½ tsp. All Spice
3 Romaine lettuce leaves
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend Until smooth. Pour
into a tall glass, add a few sprinkles of allspice more to garnish. Serve Immediately. For a wonderful nutty taste, try adding a
tablespoon of finely chopped almonds.

STRAWBERRY-KIWI Smoothie
3 peeled kiwi
11 / 2 cup frozen strawberries
1 / 2 frozen banana
3 / 4 cup pineapple juice
5 dandelion leaves
Place ingredients into blender. Blend Until Smooth.
Serves 2

MELON-MINT Smoothie
2 cups diced cantaloupe
1 cup diced honeydew melon
1 cup diced seedless watermelon
1 / 2 cup passion fruit or mango juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
10 fresh mint leaves
½ cucumber
3 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender and whip Until smooth.
Serves 2
