I am not a vegetarian and I do not believe in Necessarily Vegetarian Diets But from what I believe in Is That Everybody Should base their diet around vegetables. Avoiding smoking, Getting moderate exercise and eating a balanced diet high in Fruits and vegetables and low in processed foods and Meat can add years to your life and drastically reduces your Health Care costs Forever and maybe at the end of the day this is the only Our real form of Lower health care costs for all eleven.
