Vegetarian and Health


There are so many things to be happy in life. One of them is to be healthy. Health itself contains various aspects of food, thought patterns, lifestyle and so forth. A healthy diet of course have to meet several criteria (at least for now), among others, will get adequate levels of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals. One of the selected food is vegetarian menu.

There are several types of vegetarians that we know. Such as lacto-ovo vegetarian, lacto vegetarian, semi-vegetarian, frutarian, vegan diet and so forth. But if he then traces the origin leads to more vegetarian vegan diet. Vegans are those who only consume only plant foods (all foods eaten comes from plants). How to be a Healthy Vegetarian?
